Having worked at Impact Office Supplies for over three years, I have taken many roles within the company. As assistant to the operations manager, my duties initially included everything from general IT support to filling positions within the warehouse picking orders. Towards the end of my tenure at Impact, my role encompassed many IT systems, implementing tools to generate reports and actionable datasets.
