Idealworks / BMW Group + QUT Design Academy

In the second half of 2021, I was allowed to work closely with designers in Munich to develop novel user experiences in warehouses with Idealworks' autonomous mobile robot (AMR), the IW.HUB. The brief was to help improve the interactions warehouse staff had with the IW.HUB. The solution, the Reflection Flag, resolved a two-part system to display the status and awareness of the IW.HUB and a quick manual override option that allowed anyone with access to quickly move an IW.HUB if the situation asked for it.

The skills I developed throughout this project included a sense of professionalism, from performing interviews with people internationally to presenting my solution succinctly to those at Idealworks and other shareholders.
