Idealworks

Idealworks, a company born out of BMW Group, now apart of the Agile Group, produces autonomous mobile robotics and designs fleet management software.

My role at Idealworks involves working closely between multiple departments and applying design thinking methodology to help solve their problems. Recent projects include:

• Developing a QA pipeline with a Vicon motion capture suite to track repeatable sub-millimetre movements of our robots in the development phase;
• Setting up support channels between the service team and the customer, ensuring we maintain service level agreements and provide the best support possible;
• Developing data analytics ecosystems for our core applications, for better visibility into user behaviours. All while adhering to European GDPR best practices for custom forward applications.
• Working close with Sales and Marketing teams to develop internal iOS apps for effective lead generation and qualification during trade shows.
